I’m a systems engineer, artist, & coach living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I know that we have the power to intentionally design our lives to align with our deepest dreams and desires because I’ve done it in my own life. I’m madly in love with helping others do this, too.
It wasn't always this way. I worked hard to get here and I learned a TON along the way.
For the first 34 years of my life, I let myself be swept along by the current. Growing up, I didn't see examples of healthy communication, decision-making, or relationship. I didn't understand that I had the power to intentionally influence my experience and path forward. As a reaction to an intersection of multiple difficult events (yep, the infamous rock bottom is a real thing), I began to slowly piece my life back together in a way that was aligned with who I wanted to be.
Over time, I learned to take responsiblity for my actions and my life to become who I wanted to be.
Not who I thought I was at that moment, not who people told me I was or should be, but the incredible, capable, strong version of myself that I wanted to be. [This is where we cue the unicorns and confetti!] I had a slowly dawning mindset shift and eventually, figured out how to make it a reality. This process took me well over a decade and I'm still working on it daily.
Spoiler alert - it isn’t about how to do more, be more, or accomplish more. It’s completely unrelated to hustling, hard charging, or some enormous achievement.
Nope, nope and absolutely nope.
It's about breathing life into your aspirations, hopes, and dreams. It’s about freedom, courage, and the power of stepping up for yourself. How to hear that teeny, tiny little voice that you’ve been quieting for years, possibly a lifetime. It’s about taking some time to be intentional about making plans and choices for your life.

I've been many things over the years and it turns out that mother, grandmother, and friend are my favorite ones. I began college at 34 after moving from Ohio to Albuquerque. Since then, my education and career have included work as a chemist, a systems engineer, and in public health, but I'm most proud of my work with my company, Ink & Alchemy. It's focused on the intersection of imagination, agency, growth, and connection. My mission is to support people as they tune into their inner voices, support each other, and become grounded in a practice to fill their lives with joy and passion.
