Inside the cottage, you'll find a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a lovely bathroom, tasteful furnishings, and built-in shelving to hold whatever you like.The kitchenette has a microwave, a double burner electric cooktop, a Keurig coffee pot, and an air fryer/toaster oven.  This cottage is located in the desired Ridgecrest neighborhood. It's beautiful inside and out and is nestled in a lush and private setting. The eight windows afford a gorgeous view of trees, birds, and plants but when you want privacy, the top-down/bottom up room darkening blinds will allow you to adjust them perfectly to your liking. 

 Must love birdsong! 
You'll have a private entrance plus another door which leads to your own porch from which you can relax or update your Instagram - you'll have great wifi. Wake in the morning to hot coffee and birdsong. The neighborhood is safe - very welcoming & walkable. You'll find tiny pocket parks and Little Libraries scattered throughout - they're my very favorite! You'll be very close to numerous hospitals and within walking distance to historic Nob Hill. Nob Hill is a vibrant district on Route 66 with eclectic shops, restaurants, food trucks, galleries, and taverns. It's also the home of Summerfest, which is not to be missed.  Albuquerque's International Balloon Fiesta, held during the first week of October, is famous and a must-see.
